Two experts from SPG Partner SA have joined the team and help prospective tenants find the space that suits their needs perfectly. We introduce them through two interviews.

What is your area of expertise with SPG Partner?

I am a consultant at SPG Partner, specializing in matching companies with office spaces. I have more than seven years’ experience in commercial real estate, enriched by a certification in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.

My background in hospitality has given me a sharp sense of service and client relationships. Today I place that expertise at the service of companies seeking office or commercial spaces, paying particular attention to offering them the best spaces according to their needs.

What is your area of expertise at SPG Partner?

I belong to the Industry & Logistics service team of SPG Partner SA since 2021. We specialize in leasing artisanal and industrial spaces in French-speaking Switzerland. I myself focus on the cantons of Vaud, Neuchâtel, Fribourg, Valais, and Jura.

What storage options are available at Cocoon?

There is a really wide range of options on site to correspond to all kinds of needs:

• High-height storage spaces: 1,950 sqm in the basement, specially designed for high-height storage (with ceiling height of 5 m).
  • Direct ground-level access via sectional doors.
  • Different lots available from 200 to 590 sqm, able to accommodate almost all types of storage.
  • Truck access is facilitated thanks to the high capacity in the basement.
• Modular spaces with 3.90 m height:
  • 1,867 sqm of surface currently available (at time of writing). These can be divided into several lots (for example 380, 505, 502, and 480 sqm).
  • These spaces are functional, accessible at ground level. Perfect for logistics or artisanal activities, their modularity offers great flexibility. Ideal for companies with varying needs during the year.
• Standard-height practical spaces (2.40 m):
